[TF2] Feature Request: Allow Botkiller weapons to have festivizers applied to them. #3991

Self explanatory, allow the use of the festivizers on Botkiller weapons. Since the ability to festivize most Australium weapons was added during the Smissmas 2017 event, perhaps Botkiller weapons could also get the same treatment for this year's 2022 Smissmas event?

Using the site loadout.tf you can see these screenshots below of how these would look and quite honestly, most of the festive lights fit nicely on the Botkillers without any major clipping issues. The only weapon that would need some adjustments is Engineer's wrench to reposition the festive light wires as they clip with the robot head.

Something like this would just give Botkillers a little something extra to apply to them and I think this would be a nice touch of having festive lights along with the robot head at the same time.

Also as a additional bonus, if this were to be added why not make an event for Smissmas so that any Botkillers festivized during the Smissmas event will have the festive lights wrap around the robot heads and have different colored eyes on the heads.
