[TF2] [Feature Request] The gas passer does not burn snipers using the darwins danger shield. #4032

It's counterintuitive that snipers using darwin's danger shield are immune to burns, while pyros with their natural burn resistance are not.

This is definitely an oversight.

This should be classified as a bug and not a feature request, as it's supposed to be burning even non-burning players.
