[L4D1] Add multiplayer option to disable sprays

A few months back, an update was released for L4D2 which allows players to disable sprays to prevent them from seeing other players sprays. This update also clears out temp files that have been downloaded. This could also be added to the original game to give players the option if they choose to see other players sprays.
