[TF2] Cow Mangler 5000 missing particles for 'Pumpkin Bombs' spell #4233

Hi!

The Cow Mangler 5000 was able to accept the 'Pumpkin Bombs' spell in past Halloween events but has never displayed any visual difference. I assume this is just because proper particles for the spell were never made for it.

I believe Pumpkin bombs was never intended to be applied to the Cow Mangler in the first place seeing it already has it's own unique effects. I suppose what could be done here is changing the tracer effect to purple whilst keeping the front of it team colored and add a slight orange tint to the explosion effect. Would be cool if the electricity arks on the weapon model itself could have a color change if Pumpkin Bombs is applied aswell.
