uptate French localisation files with fixes, (plus small new additions) small uptate

Hi, so, in case you didn't knew, the official French traduction for the game wasn't really uptated since jungle inferno outside of few changes here and there and had a lot of translation errors , so , being French, I provided fixes for this,:

here's what changed;

-Added mentions of Australium Weapons in Mvm Tours due to recent uptate. -Fixed Scottish resistance, Equaliser, tomislav and MarketGardener's names not being properly translated/ translated incorrectly. -Uptated French tips to use weapon Translated name fixes. -Added new tips for the jungle inferno weapons. -Fixed dozens of translation errors for the French localisation.

-Uptated class selction screen description for multiple classes: -Engineer: now mensions that teleporters can be upgraded, now mensions that dispensers exist and can be upgraded -Pyro, mensions the existance of Airblast, encourage players to keep an eye out for spies. -Heavy: Mensions the existance of Lunchbox Items.

-added/ various Item description and/or small quotes to: -all Vodoo cursed souls -Pretty boy's Pocket Pistol -Baby Face's blaster -WindowMaker -DiamondBack -All Deus Ex: Human Revolution promotional cosmetics now have theirs very own Item descriptions that actually says that they are promo items.

Note that Didn't touch weapon/Items stats in any way, this is purely a cosmetic change made to add a more comic yet tf2esque touch.
