On official server by bypassing sv_cheats or sv_consistency i suppose, this is not a problem on custom servers as they have a real anti cheat... i don't understand what you are doing sincerely.

I will suppose that they are using the command "endround" which is cheat protected, but if you do not compare convar of server and client that does not stop them from abusing it.
