Hi!

Cosmetic items seem to have an issue currently where they'll slightly lag behind player movements when they have an attached particle:

Possible duplicate of #4076.

I think #4076 is specifically referring to the actual particle effect? This ticket is focusing more on the actual cosmetic model. But they could possibly have similar causes.
