[TF2] The Darwin's danger shield and the Spy-cicle give immunity to consecutive shoots of the Dragon's Fury #4398

Currently, Spies using the Spy-cicle and Snipers using the Darwin's Danger Shield are immune to Dragon's Furys triple damage, that is because the immunity to afterburn is different to the Pyro has, wich is contratuitive.

This surely has something to be with condition 102 of afterburn immunity and condition 124 of afterburn applied to Pyros when hit by the Dragon's Fury.

The functionality should be changed to act the same way lighting other Pyros on fire with the weapon does. As it currently stands, players with the Danger Shield and Spy-cicle never stay on fire long enough for the combo to work properly. This is most likely an oversight.

also of note: the description says that the weapon rewards consecutive hits, not hits on already-ignited enemies.
