[TF2] [Feature Request] Port spec_lerpto from CS:GO #4459

spec_lerpto is a command in CS:GO that lerps the spectator camera to specified origin and eyes to specified pitch yaw. This would be a nice touch for content creators to create cinematic cameras in TF2. Just look the quality of videos that 3kliksphilip achieves with this command for his CS:GO videos.

It's not of any help for live performance since it requires -insecure but if you want to create cinematic cameras for source HLAE is an excellent tool to do it with. There are also scripts to export camera data from sfm to an HLAE campath and play it back in game

It can be done with demos and smooth, but it is a hassle to make and won't show visleaves that weren't recorded by the player. For example, in this recording, at the end of it you can see a "broken" areaportal. Also, I don't think it looks good as in CS:GO

Edit: Broken areaportals can be fixed with r_portalsopenall
