[TF2] Ambassador texture overhaul

Inspired by another recent submission on the workshop (That i also think should be added https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2939612200&searchtext=) which enhances the Ambassador's model, My goal was to modernize the Ambassador's textures while also fixing a few hiccups it always had.

FEATURES: -Revamped vmt settings

-Properly compressed textures

-An actual hole for the bullets to come out of

-Optional Style for the BLU version, which makes it's grip blue like it is on the Duel Minigame's icon

-New Backpack icon
