[TF2] Localization support for bot/robot names #4810

Bot names are currently localized in CS:GO (CSGO_FakePlayer_) and partially supported in TF2, but very limited and used only in the tutorial mode.

Adding localization support for bot names would significantly enhance accessibility, as certain bots in Mann vs. Machine mode carry essential information in their names, such as "Giant Airblast Pyro" or "Bowman Rapid Fire".
