Note: In this video the Enforcer might have ignored the dmg vuln due to other reason related with bots and bot_mirror.

This whole resistance piercing was a bad idea from the start. Valve should just revert it to the +20% damage

dunno if that would b very balanced? but.... Honestly, when compared along side the Diamond back? dosn't seem all that insane to be honest.
