[CS:S] Old steam client binaries for CS:S server install #5015

Binaries in the "bin" folder related to Steam Client (steamclient.so, dependancies, etc.) are very old (10+ years?). Causing problems with server-side mods such as "SteamWorks" extension for SourceMod.

I am also running into some issues regarding this. Followed from the SteamWorks discussion, haven't seen a solution yet.
