[TF2] [Art] Iron Bomber Texture and Model inconsistencies #5106

A neutral bomb is not used for the reload despite existing in the original submission. The small part that opens on the back is missing the AO (The shrinkage of the model made the AO not visible). The barrels are incorrectly uv'd causing AO to slip out from where it should be covered (The shrinkage of the model made the AO visible). The backpack icon still uses the non-shrunken version from the original submission) The reload bomb doesn't have proper lods (The Lods in the model for it are just copies of the high poly one).

The original demonstration video for reference (Non-Shrunken and has no model/uv errors).
