[TF2; Bug] Casual/Competitve doors do not appear when Player Status is disabled on the HUD #5284

This has been a bug for as long as the Player Status bar on the top of the HUD has been around. Basically, in order to get the Casual/Competitive doors that appear when 10 seconds are left before the start of the match, or at the end of one, that feature would have to be on. Otherwise, when turned off, the doors, nor the music would be heard when the announcer says "Competition begins in 10 seconds."

I like this feature, I prefer not having the doors so I can call all my teammates a Spy before the game starts.
