Maybe one general report of "Achievements are not synced between in-game and Steam" or "Portal achievements not unlocking in-game or on Steam"?
I've completed all of the 6 advanced challenges required to get this achievement. However, I have yet to receive the achievement on my Steam page and it remains locked as if I haven't completed it. What's worse is that in the in-game achievement tab, it says that I have all 6 out of 6 advance challenges completed but it's registered as incomplete when I hide completed achievements. Even my percentage in the advanced challenges page says 100%. If anyone knows how to fix it, please let me know. I enjoy getting 100% in games and it bugs me that I can't seem to get this one unlocked even though I've met all of the requirements. I don't use any sort of mods or have cheats enabled on this game at all. The files are untouched as well.
Things I have tried but had no success:
I lost connection when I beat the last advanced challenge but I immediately re-connected and made sure my Steam account said online as well. Not sure what to do, but I would like to have this achievement unlocked.
