[TF2][Linux 64bit Beta] Custom user decals fail to load

Whenever a user has a custom decal applied to an item it is not displayed and

gets printed to the console. The same item does render in the normal 32bit build.

I also noticed that whenever this happens the following message shows up in the system log: Apr 17 11:35:05 slab steam.desktop[9387]: libpng warning: Application built with libpng-1.5.2 but running with 1.6.37 so it could be an issue with steam-runtime-sniper shipping, or tf2 being built with the wrong libpng version?
