NPC script not triggered during vehicle acquisition event #576

When I get to the hideout with a woman fueling up a hovercraft for Freeman, I entered the hovercraft, and the woman just stood there, repeating that I should move on every few seconds, but did not move to open the gate. Quicksave, followed by a quickload helped, she immediately started next dialogue line (next station on the way, etc.), and opened the gate afterwards.
