[TF2 64bit] GSYNC FPS CAP BUG #5793

Using GYSNC on a 4K monitor. After entering game, fps is capped to 75 FPS, no vysnc/max framerate on etc. Disabling GSYNC and turning it back on will fix the issue and allow fps to be uncapped and goes back to >100+ fps. Seems like new 64 bit client has bug with GSYNC and is causing an artifical frame cap/limit. Turning GSYNC off and back on fixes this framerate cap/limit.

Using G-SYNC on Windows, I do NOT have this issue. Behavior is as expected.
