[TF2] MvM Victory screen invisible/missing #5848

The victory screen in Mann vs Machines gamemode is missing and I guess it's an oversight on developers part, this is on 64-bit version of the game. I have decided to open an issue about this since it's pretty annoying and has been this way for past couple days now.

I did not see an issue about this before I opened one.

Edit; I am not sure if it also affects Windows build as this is on Linux build on Ubuntu 23.10

Are you running tf2 in a window? because when you're runnig it in a window it sometimes glitches out. use fullscreen then it shoudnt happen again

This has been an issue in MvM for at least over a year now, running "hud_reloadscheme" the moment you enter an MvM server should fix this issue until game restart.

No, this was in full screen.

Ah I see.. Never seen it happen in 32-bit version but I will take note of that, thanks!

for me that happened in 32bit from time to time. when it happened it was always the first game after launching the game. second game's end screen has always worked (even without doing hud_reloadscheme)
