This is still happening every single maintenance since the x64 update.
Random servers are left stuck in the "Connecting" state. Forcing a log off and relog ends up with this error message and doing nothing. Only a full reboot fixes this.

After today's maintenance we have a few servers that never reconnected back to steam even after a map change. After 3 hours all our other servers have reconnected, even ones in the same physical server.
This hasn't happened for many years now. It might be prudent to investigate the steam reconnection code. It might have been broken due to the recent large update.
