As the system stands, matches on Ghost Fort can last up to 20 minutes because of Merasmus and the truce.
I would recommend instead of making the control point neutral, making it locked (still under the team who controlled it at the time of the truce,) but unable to score points. That way, the team who captured it does not get any free points, but still gets to keep any defense they may have had.
As for Merasmus, I think the best solution would just be to make him spawn less. Every 3 minutes or so?
I think the best option would be to disable Truce completely and compensate by reducing player respawn time.
Since the truce was introduced, defeating bosses has become very easy. This, however, created a problem. Originally, players could fight each other and the boss, but now, with truce enabled, all players are constantly focused on one objective, and the boss dies much quicker than before. Because the old system was balanced around matches where both teams were not forced to cooperate, after three defeats, the boss became not only stronger but also spawn more often. Instead of 2.5–3.5 minutes, he spawns every 60 seconds. Bosses with high levels were rather rare. but now it's very easy to reach higher levels. Combined with 7-minute timers for both teams, matches on Ghost Fort can last even for an hour. Please remove faster respawn time after the boss was defeated three times.
