every time i enter tf2 and go into either a casual or community i can't see anything I write/ say in chat and I hate it plz help

Are you sure you didn't turn off text chat? It's in advanced options or hud_saytext_time x in console (replacing x with the time in seconds it takes for a message to disappear)

You probably muted yourself. Delete voice_ban.dt in the tf folder
