"Uncivil Engineer" fix #6147

I noticed that on one of the engineer achievements (Uncivil Engineer), you don't have to be by your sentry to get the achievement. Instead, you can be by another persons sentry. In the achievement, it says you have to be by the sentry that killed the enemy. I got the achievement across the map by one of my teammates sentry.

"Provide an enemy player with a freeze cam of you and the sentry that just killed them." Sentry ownership is not specified so this is working as intended.
