Can you post a save from around the problem, and also the output of the "status" command when it happened.
I loaded this savegame, and run the satus comand twice: right after loading and in the room i would expect the action to be triggered.

Did you start the game from scratch or did you begin with a savegame from before the betas?
I used a savegame from before the betas.
Okay, the update from today fixes this, thanks for the details here.
I can confirm it is fixed. I had to restart from the beginning of the map, but it wasn't a big deal.

In Half Life 2: Episode Two, during the Riding Shotgun Chapter, when entering the barn (where the Advisor is supposed to be), the action that should be taken by Alyx is not triggered.
