[TF2] "On Fire" texture overlay is broken on cosmetics

When a player character is on fire, an animated overlay is placed over their texture (alongside particles) to indicate as such. This fire overlay texture fails to render on cosmetic items.

As seen in the screenshot, the Heavy is wearing a cosmetic item (the Heavy Heating) but the fire only displays on his base class texture and not the cosmetic he is wearing. This issue applies to all cosmetics.

That "On Fire" overlay is sooo ugly, I wish I had a command to disable that and leave just the fire particles on the characters.

Edit: I've tried myself but it did not work, I think this mod should work for removing fire effect on players but its kinda old.
