Add proper support for borderless windowed mode for the remaining Source Engine games #6312

While CS:GO, Portal 2, Half-Life 2, its episodes, Lost Coast, Left 4 Dead, Left 4 Dead 2, have full support for borderless windowed mode, what about the rest of the Source 1 games? Counter-Strike: Source, Day of Defeat: Source, Team Fortress 2, Half-Life Deathmatch: Source, and Half-Life 2 Deathmatch still do not have borderless windowed mode in the video options menu.
