[TF2] War Paint redemption screen occasionally generates a Self-Made item #6422

When redeeming a War Paint (paintkit), sometimes picking a weapon shows a Self-Made item with the respective Community Sparkle effect. This is at random and can occur on any War Paint.

Redeeming the War Paint does not actually grant a Self-Made item, as the source item was not a Self-Made - thus, protecting the "special quality" of self-made items. As a result, I have posted it here instead of emailing Valve privately.

However, it is still a UI bug nonetheless and should be fixed.

This bug has existed before the most recent update, pretty sure it's at least a few years old
