[TF2] Scout still has no thumb nails after 17 years

I apologize if this is already a post, I tried checking with various phrasings and it gave me nothing, but the scout has always had thumb nails on his voodoo soul textures but on his regular visual he's never had them.

Additionally, in the big leak, the layer for his thumb is present, but obviously it's turned off.

Please fix that one and keep the blue pants, cosmetics are not a concern here, just periodically update the affected cosmetics instead. Even news websites have reported on the blue scout pants and you are going to revert this?

Even the belt is blue.
