[HL2] Specific Console Output Is Duplicated After Playing Workshop Campaigns #6565

To reproduce, download a campaign off of the Steam Workshop, such as MINERVA: Metastasis, then when the player in in control, try noclipping or try submitting an invalid CVar with the console.

Each return to the main menu then loading of a campaign will duplicate console output even more.

This is also applies to the hud notifications with health and suit charger pickups as well and persists globally.

Tested on version 9352380.

Just a small update, the patch on November 18th (build id: 16446692, version: 9353166) reports this bug as fixed, but it's still not actually fixed.
