Consider adding OpenRazer to image #1060

Hey folks,

Would be nice if OpenRazer was added to the system image to allow for management of Razer devices.

There are instructions out there right now for manual install but of course these measures are blown away on system updates. There are userspace tools available in the Plasma Software Center like RazerGenie, so I'm guessing the core OpenRazer drivers are all that's needed for a setup that's stable across updates.

Use flatpak version of OpenRGB for now imo, or rather valve should include this instead.

@JaxiiRuff I'm not looking for it for RGB, actually, but rather for controlling DPI (and possibly other non-lighting related features).
