[Feature Request] Safety: Enable Secure-boot Support by default #1139

Your system information

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

Require "Secure Boot" Support for dual-boot setups whilst allowing us to setup a firewall in KDE Settings for Desktop Mode. It would make users safer installing stuff online and provide a fallback line of defense as Linux is becoming increasingly targeted by exploit hacks, malware, and backdoor issues.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

  1. Open BIOS
  2. Try to activate Secure Boot
  3. Fail because there is no Secure Boot support.
  4. Same goes for ufw firewall with KDE in desktop mode.

Secure Boot support + firewalls on both main OS + firmware updates side has more than one benefit aside from Safety & Security. It would make Dual-booting SteamOS on the Steamdeck properly supported for Windows 11 and its features.

Also allows to run software that requires secure boot to be enabled, like DRM's that unfortunately are making it required at an increasing rate for games.

E.g. A lot of people haven't been able to play games like FIFA because of it

There is basic ufw firewall setup with OS 3.5. Although as always you can tweak that to your liking.

Based on protondb - FIFA 22 works. Secure boot would be nice but is not needed.
