Performance Overlay crashes after latest preview update

On triggering the performance overlay in gaming mode, the overlay crashes with a minidump from mangohud. Rebooting the device with the overlay off, booting a game, and then triggering the hud will show the overlay for about half a second and then crash. I can provide the minidump if needed.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Open game
2. Turn on performance overlay
3. mangohud will crash

gamescope isn't crashing right, just the overlay? This dump is for gamescope, but we would need one for mangoapp
