Can't hibernate when pushing the power button to beta steam client

Describe what you expected should happen and what did happen.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. update the system update channel from Stable to Test and restart
2. Can't hibernate the deck when pushing the power button, but can hibernate by "Steam button" -> "Power" -> "Hibernate"
3. The issue still exist even rollback to the Stable Version
