Joystick Throttle Input fed into Steam UI #150

I have a joystick connected via USB, and the throttle setting appears to be interpreted by the Steam UI as mouse wheel events. Setting the throttle to minimum scrolls to the leftmost/topmost item in the currently active control, maximum to the rightmost/bottommost item. Placing it in the middle appears to neutralize the effect.

Most likely being interpreted as an analog axis.
