AirPods Pro 2 stuttering after a few minutes of gameplay #1652

While using the AirPods Pro 2, they start crackling and stuttering after only 10-15 minutes of gameplay (in my case Elden Ring). Reconnecting the headset resolves the issue, but is very cumbersome due to the frequency.

This does happen to me as well, it happens every few hours, and it tends to happen mostly when the Steam Deck starts lagging due to games being to recourse heavy.

I had this issue a while ago while playing Halo: MCC and RDR2, and it slowly got worse over time. Now it has gotten to the point that my deck has no sound through the speakers when resuming from sleep. Looking at pipewire, it's throwing the following error: spa.alsa: hw.acp5x,1p: (0 suppressed) snd_pcm_avail after recover: Broken pipe
