Voice settings - Steam does not remember choosen microphone #198

Open Settings > voice Choose second input device 'logitech 9000 pro' (the first is the builtin microphone socket) select test sound Confirm sound works Exit voice configuration screen Reopen voice settings

Result: builtin microphone (external socket) is selected. (testing sound with this setting does not work)

Expected: logitech 9000 pro is selected as sound input.

System: Last updates of Steam Beta + SteamOS Beta.

also have this issue, my microphone is always on 'front microphone' setting despite it should be 'rear microphone' one.

Same issue here. I'm looking for a workaround, but can't find anything working...
