Steam Deck: Sourcemods are not brought to focus in gamepadui #918

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

Regression: On Steam Deck on Stable/Beta client branches, sourcemods are not focused after launch. The user must manually open the Steam overlay and switch to the Source SDK Base window.

This was introduced in the same update as ValveSoftware/steam-for-linux#8938.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

  1. Start any sourcemod and wait ~5 seconds

This is odd. The Steam overlay also shows two games running there. One with the name of the mod showing nothing, and one with the name of the modded game showing the actual game window.
