This happens only in Euro Truck Simulator 2 (native version). When you put SD into sleep while in game, after waking up you can see that first core (CPU0 and CPU1) drops it's frequencies by half (screenshots included). This behavior persist even after exiting the game (it affects other games) and the only way to fix this without reboot is to launch ETS2 again.
