Manage Vive Trackers UI is not support #161

I am trying to fix my vive trackers by disabling Held in Hand on Linux using the following instructions: https://www.reddit.com/r/Vive/comments/9l9hpf/how_to_fix_vive_trackers_since_last_update/

I was able to do it on Windows but could not open the Manage Vive Trackers UI to change the tracker binding on Linux.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

  1. Open SteamVR
  2. Click on the arrow on top of the status window next to the version number.
  3. Click device -> Controller Input Binding

Expected:

Manage Tracker UI shows up

Actually:

Nothing happens

Notes

Controller Input Binding UI works on Windows. On Windows, A similar UI can also be accessed by right-clicking the tracker and select Manage Vive Trackers

Versions

SteamVR beta 1.2.1 Ubuntu 16.04

I was able to access management UI by using the following link in a web browser after launch SteamVR: http://localhost:8998/dashboard/controllerbinding.html

It could be possible that the issue is related to failing to launch web overlay.
