HTC VIVE: HMD binding option is no longer present in the Controller Binding menu. #157

When the user open the control bindings menu (whether in the HMD or on the desktop menu), the option to change HTC Vive binding is no longer available.

SteamVR - HMD Binding

Repro Steps:

  1. Launch SteamVR
  2. Open SteamVR Settings.
  3. Navigate to Devices, then select Configure Controller.
  4. Select a VR title.
  5. Under Current Controller, select the button that specifies the controller type that is being used. Observe that a list will pop up and the HMD is no longer available to select.

Repro Rate: 5/5

Expected Result: The HMD in use to show up in the controller binding menu under the Current Controller list. Actual Result: The HMD binding option is no longer present in the controller menu under the Current Controller list.

Observed Config: Observed on CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600X Observed on GPU: Nvidia GTX 1080 Ti Observed on HMD: HTC Vive

Build: SteamVR Beta Build 1.4.2

The issue is still occurring as of SteamVR Beta Build 1.5.4
