In the 'Friends' tab of the SteamVR Overlay's Community Menu, hovering over the Friends List causes 'up' and 'down' navigation arrows to appear. However, the 'Down' arrow appears outside of the Friend List's interactive field, and therefore disappears when the user moves to click on it.
Repro Steps:
Launch SteamVR.
Open the SteamVR Overlay.
In the 'Community' menu, navigate to 'Friends'.
Hover over the Friends List. Observe the 'Down' Arrow appears below the Friends List, beside the 'Back' button.
Attempt to click the 'Down' Button. Observe it disappears as soon as the cursor leaves the Friends List.
