Steam Dashboard: Videos from game's community section not working #263

Videos played from the Library > Game > Video section of the Steam Dashboard do not work, and show a blank black screen instead.

Steps for repro:

  1. Open SteamVR
  2. Open the Dashboard and go to the Steam dashboard if necessary
  3. Select Library
  4. Select a game you have in your library
  5. Select 'Video' on the left side bar
  6. Select a video to play

Expected results: Video plays normally Actual results: A black screen is shown instead, and video does not play.

Notes: Does not appear to impact Store videos in the same way, and only impacts community videos.
