VR Hockey League: Closing the SteamVR Overlay while in a game mode causes the title to crash.

Repro Steps:

Launch VR Hockey League
From the main menu, select and load into any challenge.
Being the challenge.
Oppen the Steam VR Overlay.
Close the SteamVR Overlay. Observe the title crashses.

Expected Results: Steam Overlay closes and gracefully returns control to the title. Actual Results: Title crashes.

Repro Rate: 7/10

AMD Ryzen 7 1700 Did not occur on:
Intel i7 8700k

Tested GPUs: AMD Radeon R9 Fury Did not occur on:

Nvidia GTX 980

Tested HMDs: HTC Vive

The issue was observed to no longer occur as of SteamVR Beta Build of 1.3.2.
