SteamVR Tutorial: Tutorial does not recognize when the VR dashboard is disabled. #42

SteamVR Tutorial: when the VR Dashboard is disabled, the tutorial app reaches a progression break. Repro Steps:

  1. Launch SteamVR
  2. Open the SteamVR client settings menu and navigate to the Developer tab.
  3. Untick "Enable VR Dashboard"
  4. Launch and Complete the SteamVR tutorial.

Expected Results: The tutorial bypasses the Dashboard portion of the tutorial since the dashboard is disabled. Actual Result: The Tutorial progression breaks when asking the user to open the System Menu which is disabled.

This issue occurs on all devices.
