General: While Big Picture Mode is active, nothing will display in the Steam tab of the Steam Overlay in SteamVR. #47

If the user has Big Picture Mode active on the desktop while in SteamVR, nothing will display in the Steam Tab of the Steam Overlay. All general menu items will appear, including all tabs, but the menu contents of the Steam Tab will be absent, leaving an empty 'screen'.

Repro Steps:

  1. Launch Big Picture Mode
  2. From the Big Picture Mode, launch SteamVR. Proceed to SteamVR Home.
  3. While in SteamVR Home, press the menu button to open the Steam Overlay. Observe that there is nothing in the Steam Tab.
  4. Navigate to the Desktop or Settings tabs. Observe that these tabs still have contents.

Expected Results: User is able to view and interact with the Steam tab's menus. Actual Result: Steam Tab's contents are not displayed and cannot be interacted with.

Config Details: Tested CPUs: AMD Ryzen 7 Intel core i7-4790K

Tested GPUs: AMD Radeon R9 Fury AMD Radeon RX 580

Tested HMDs: Oculus Rift
