SteamVR Home: Placeholder Text occurs at several instances within Controller Binding menu. #74

In the Controller Bindings menu, Placeholder text is displayed on several buttons throughout the menu. These buttons include the Back button of the main Bindings menu, and the Cancel button of the Save Personal Binding window.

steamvr - controller binding placeholders

Repro Steps:

  1. Launch SteamVR Home
  2. Open SteamVR Overlay and navigating to Settings
  3. Select Controller Binding
  4. Select any title and proceed. Observe that the 'Back' button of the title's binding menu contains placeholder text.
  5. Edit the title's current binding (changing binding is not necessary)
  6. Select "Save Personal Binding". Observe that placeholder text appears on the "Cancel" button within the Save Your Binding window.

Repro Rate: 10/10

Expected Result: Appropriate label to be displayed for each button. Actual Result: Each button is displayed with its placeholder instead of the appropriate label.

Issue no longer occurs as of 12.14.2018. Closing this ticket as fixed.
