The issue is still occurring as of SteamVR Beta Build 1.7.15 across all affected HMDs.
When the user attempts to change the audio bitrate while A-Tech Cybernetic is running, the title will hang on the desktop, with the compositor environment being displayed in the HMD.
Repro Steps:
Repro Rate: 10/10 - on the Vive Pro 5/10 - on the Vive 10/10 - on WMR 10/10 - on Oculus Rift
Note: The issue does not always occur on the first attempt of changing audio bitrate on HTC Vive.
Expected Result: Changing the audio bitrate does not cause the title to hang. Actual Result: Changing the bitrate while the title is running casues the title to hang.
Config Details: The issue occurs across all tested hardware and does not appear to be hardware-related. Tested CPUs: Intel i7 8700K, AMD Ryzen 5 1500X, AMD Ryzen 7 1700 Tested GPUs: Nvidia GTX 1080, Nvidia GTX 1080 TI, Radeon RX580 Tested HMDs: HTC Vive, HTC Vive Pro, WMR, OCulus Rift
