The system info should be on the first post
Same problem for me. It is REALLY annoying to loose sound in competitive mode and having to restart CS.

Currently i am facing this every-time! is there any way to overcome this issue?!
Voice Channel 0-4 Circular Buffer Overflow
I just updated my OS to Mac OS X Sierra and am finding that when I go into a competitive match the error voicechannel (0-4) circular buffer overflow, but when I go into a community match it does not happen. (I have played an entire competitive matches worth of community in one go and it was fine)
So far I have tried; verifying integrity of game cache, reinstalling and then reinstalling and checking cache immediately after. No change.
To redo the bug, simply start a competitive match and wait about 5-10 rounds.
