Hello @jacksplay,
What version of macOS are you using? Does the spinning occur all the time, or only when you press the mouse? (#1048)
Does disabling smoothmouse improve the behavior?
Hi @Tele42 ,
Thanks for the fast reply! I'm using El Capitan 10.11.6.
It randomly occur just by moving the mouse (the spinning happens at least twice every comp game).
Disabling smoothmouse doesn't help either. The bug looks exactly like when you have raw_input 0. Cursor goes straight to the floor and starts spinning rapidly. The only fix is to replug the mouse.
Hi @jacksplay. This has happened to me before. Have you tried putting on raw_input 1? That was my solution.
Hi @Andyrocks56 Thanks for the reply. Yes I have it on :(
Hi @jacksplay. Same problem here but this happen all the time not occasionally. Any progress on that bug?
Hi @jacksplay I've had this problem too, my cursor just randomly jumps into the center of my screen.
Hi guys,
I have a Macbook Retina 2013 running CSGO.
In the past, I used a Steel Series Rival 300 which causes no problem at all. Recently, I switched to a Zowie EC2-A and during playing the game, the mouse just spins uncontrollably (360) whilst the cursor goes to the floor. It looks exactly like I'm spinbotting.
I have these on: raw input on smoothmouse on joystick off
I've tried every single solution and switched to another zowie mouse and it still create the same problem. Not an issue with the dust either.
Any of you kind chaps know how to help pls let me know.
Thanks in advance!
